  I actually reached out to Mike on the recommendation of multiple friends. I looked up his information and called his office eager to set a up a personal meeting with him and hear about the services his business offered. The gentleman that answered the phone gave me the third degree when I asked to speak with Mike and then put me on hold only to return and tell me that Mike said "he was fine" and was not interested in doing business without even speaking with me. I am incredibly disappointed in his business etiquette and complete lack of customer service. Luckily, when I requested referrals from people I was given two other names of great local insurance agents and I was fortunate enough to find them both eager to meet and share their services with me.
