  The manager here is a self important, rude, and condescending person. We have had accounts for over 10 years and she refused to deposit our income tax refund check unless I added my husband to my account. Totally against policy. We both stood there and he insisted she put it in my savings. She told him it wasn't fair to him and questioned why his wife wouldn't put him on her account. Why not ask him the same question? Called the main office and they were appalled by her remarks as well as her violation of policy. Her name is Kari and she is the rudest person I have encountered. And the teller sat there smirking the whole time. Avoid this location. Go to Cotton lane and Bell. They know the banking laws and keep out of your personal business.

  This bank is horrible. I recently went through this bank and became a victim of identity theft. They said that they would replace what they took from my account which they did finally after taking it right back out and now saying I owe them all that money. Went to the bank and asked why I owe them the money? The manager wouldn't even look at the history of my account accusing me of stealing the money. While she was accusing me and wouldn't listen to a word I said a employee standing behind her was laughing at me. I will never go back to this bank and I will never give them a dime. If you know what's good for you stay far away.
